● Directed advert for CarryMe’s launch advert by managing 20 people and a £2000 budget. Wrote the script and co-directed the project expected to reach more than 1,000,000 viewers

● Produced an E-gaming documentary sponsored by Mountain Dew exploring various competitions

Chair of trustee board, directly line managed the CEO, assuming responsibility for 200 staff members and a £7 million budget

● Council member of King’s College London, oversaw the £976 million budget as well as multiple functions across the university including new educational initiatives, redundancy strategies, crisis management groups, capital investment projects, fund raising projects and budget management

● Created national and international level strategy by working with the U.K. Education minister and the Office for students on changing and adapting education policy. Worked with the National Union of Students as well as the minister for cabinet on improving immigration policies to reduce barriers to employment for international students.

● Worked with the Principals, university management, and the student representatives of with the University New South Wales and the University of Arizona to create the framework for the PLUS Alliance student council.

● Created a 6-year organisational strategy consisting of maximising student engagement for the 30,000+ student population, increasing commercial activity and maximising student and staff wellbeing across all spheres

Managed and reorganised the property and debt portfolio

● Liaised with several lenders for capital to expansion and as a result doubled the size of the portfolio since incorporation

● Reviewed and expanded the company focus moving from purely residential buy-to-let properties in London, to commercial properties, property development and opportunities outside London, both nationally and internationally

● Leading on two development projects

● Created a strategy to react to the impact of Covid-19 on the real estate sector
