The managing director has a 51% shareholding and offeres the remaining 49% as share options to the other officers of this company for their completion of their roles according to that valuation.
The MD has three main responsibilities:
- To communicate and ensure that what we are doing will have a huge positive impact for farmers, environment and the world at large.
- To find the best people for each job.
- To supply & fund those people as well as possible and provide them with exactly what they need to excel in their field, safely and happily.
